hi!

Hooray, i'm finally posting!
okay, uhh. last saturday's cca fair was great! we got many sec 1s to sign up for band :D

this morning we had games in school and it was wet and dirty! :S the first game we played was the chair game, the one where everyone stands in one line then must pass pass pass the chairs to the front until we reach the front. then when you reach the finish line, starting from the first person, we must pass two hula hoops "through our bodies" to the end. my group won! :D
the second game was "captain sponge-ball". it's basically captain's ball, except there's no ball, but a sponge. at each chair there are two pails, one empty one filled with water and when you score a goal the captain squeezes out the water into the empty pail and gets more water from the full one, and the team who gets the most water at the end wins. so as you can imagine we got pretty wet. uhh, that one we lost by one point. ONE point.
i forgot the exact order after that but i think it's something like this:
there was a game where we had to balance a plastic bowl with water in it on our heads and walk to the end and pour the water into the container. we realised some people in our group have really flat heads. LOL. and i learned that i cannot balance, because once i took like, 2 steps, the whole bowl spilled onto me. D:
then there was the game with the plate of flour with mentos and polos in it. (like the one played during second sunday!) we had to find the sweet and take it out without using our hands and everyone came back looking like santa clauses. ohh, i hated that game. i ate flour.
then there was the game where we had to flip over the mat without anyone touching the floor. (like p5 camp!)
then the wet socks game. it's like dodgeball, but again no balls, just socks. wet socks. if you get hit, you're out. if you catch the flying sock, one of your players can come into the game. we lost that one, and i felt the other team was a bit unfair but oh well.
then there was the connecting game. we had to stand in a line, and we each get a card with a body part written on it. then we have to connect to each other. jenny, who was on my left, got "arm". i got "elbow". not so bad eh? then kristina, on my right, got toes. (TOES?? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CONNECT ELBOW AND TOES?) THEN, the girl on kristina's right got "ear". EAR! like, ear, connect to toes?? and then we were told we had to walk to the finish line like that. connected. so we did. (kristina was hopping all the way, because as jenny is quite tall, my elbow must be quite high, but my other elbow is supposed to connect to toes so anyway the position is really awkward.)and we broke the connection once, so we had to start over, but miraculously we survived it and were not the last. WOW.
i think that was it.

tomorrow we have sec 2 camp. we are going to be eating combat rations on thursday for breakfast and lunch and maybe dinner, "depending on our performance". :S oh mannnn.
